Please note that the estimations are free for cities of Repentigny, Le Gardeur, Charlemagne, L'Assomption (including St-Gérard), L'Épiphanie, St-Sulpice, Lavaltrie, Lachenaie (Terrebonne) and Mascouche.

For other surrounding cities, estimation fees are 25$, but this fee will we credited signing of the contract.
